Our recent team-building trip to Đà Lạt was more than just a vacation; it was a journey of growth and renewal. Under the theme “Bolder, Healthier, Bigger,” we embraced an opportunity to strengthen our bonds, recharge our spirits, and set the stage for a year of remarkable achievements.
“Bolder” inspired us to step out of our comfort zones, embracing challenges with courage and creativity. “Healthier” emphasized not just personal wellness but also the strength and unity of our team, leading to a more resilient and thriving company. Finally, “Bigger” encouraged us to think expansively, pushing boundaries to achieve greater heights.
Our employees returned from Đà Lạt feeling rejuvenated and more connected. As one of our employees put it, “It was a blast! I feel more connected to my team, less stressed, and ready to take on new challenges.” Others echoed sentiments of joy, excitement, and a renewed drive to break through limits.
