Bluetech Ingredients is on the hunt for an experienced Business Development Manager to shape our growth strategies, expand market reach, and drive sales. This role is a blend of strategic oversight, team leadership, and revenue growth with both current and future clients.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Develop business strategies and conduct market research for new opportunities.

📈 Grow sales through strategic relationships with key accounts.

💼 Oversee P&L, manage business optimization, and drive profitability.

💪 Support and lead our team to hit OKRs and KPIs.

🤝 Collaborate with procurement for strategic supplier management.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in business development (preferably in dairy ingredients, functional foods, sauces, seasonings).
• Proven leadership in managing and developing teams to meet KPIs.
• Degree in Food Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or similar fields.
