Bluetechni members participated in the “International Short-Course in Food Technology”

We are delighted to share that Bluetech Ingredients had two participants, including an R&D executive and a Marketing Intern joining the program the “International Short-Course in Food Technology” in Thailand, bringing together passionate participants from South East Asia and China. This course was held from 5th to 9th of June, 2023, and financially supported by Silpakorn University under the Summer Camp program 2023 and the Department of Food Technology. On the final day of the course, participants had the opportunity to visit the TaoTarn Mitrprecha coconut farm and coconut sugar production enterprise in Samut Songkhram Province, as well as URC (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Universal Robina Corporation – URCThailand) in Samut Sakorn Province.

The “International Short-Course in Food Technology” was indeed a transformative experience, fostering cross-cultural collaboration and pushing the boundaries of knowledge in the field.
