The Academy training: The Art of Chocolate Glazing on Friday, 24 March 2023 with the cooperation of CAPOL GmbH, Bluetechni, and the Institute of Technology of Cambodia was successful with a large attendance and active contribution of more than 200 students, lecturers, and confectionery manufacturers in Cambodia. From the information shared by experts of Capol Gmbh, this meeting has provided valuable knowledge and insights to all attendees.
