Bluetechni Hosts Successful Seminar on Natural Solutions for Beverage Formulation

Seminar: “Natural Plant Extracts – Innovative Solutions for Beer Stabilization and Sugar Reduction in Soft Drinks” on Thursday, 23 May 2024 with the cooperation of Ajinomoto Omni Chem, Bluetechni, and the Institute of Technology of Cambodia was successful with a large attendance and active contribution of more than 100 students, lecturers, and beverage manufacturers in Cambodia. From the information shared by experts of leading ingredients suppliers, this seminar has provided valuable knowledge and insights to all attendees.
